This policy describes how Project Inquiry information is handled today. It will be updated if that changes.
What is collected
RVLV collects information you provide through the Project Inquiry form, including contact information, project details and any supporting files you choose to upload.
How it is used
Information submitted through the form is used to review your inquiry, respond to you and, where applicable, support a resulting project. It is not used for unrelated marketing purposes.
Storage + processing
RVLV uses third-party service providers to securely host and process website inquiries and uploaded files. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect submitted information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Retention
Inquiry information and supporting files are retained only as long as reasonably required for the inquiry, any resulting project, or related business requirements. You may request deletion of your submitted information by contacting RVLV.
